An awareness-raising campaign to combat food waste was held on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville in Paris. Dishes made from unsold fruits and vegetables were distributed to the inhabitants. A comment on images of the operation and infographics alternates with the explanations of Tristram STUART organizer of the banquet.
