During a discussion in a park with Pierre MENDÈS-FRANCE on the theme of youth, a student of the ENA, Marc TESSIER, 24 years old, introduces himself and explains why he chose to return to the ENA, after having done Polytechnique. He says he believes in public service and thinks that not all administrators will be technocrats. This is the first television appearance of Marc TESSIER (who will be president of France Télévisions from 1999 to 2005).
