Woody Allen and the feeling of being

Interviewed by Bernard PIVOT who asked him when he felt he was living the most intensely in the process of creating a film, Woody ALLEN replied that reality is never up to what is expected. According to him, the most intense part in a film is the beginning, the idea of the film, but when he starts to write the film, it becomes more real, less intense, and in the end, he even wonders what became of his original idea. Finally, he compares this to a love-at-a-stroke in a romantic relationship where seduction gradually fades away.
