Samuel, a kitchen clerk at a restaurant in Tours, was fired for serious misconduct because of his "incorrect hairstyle". For the restaurant administrator, the haircut is not the only reason. He claims that the young man did not respect the hygiene standards in force, neglecting for example to wear his hat, and that he had a behavior problem. For his part, Samuel started a lawsuit for unfair dismissal.
