This collective resignation follows the publication of the report of the "Committee of Wise Men" revealing cases of fraud, mismanagement and nepotism. Among the commissioners who were pinned, Edith CRESSON is the number one defendant. This morning, she responded to the attacks on France 2. Edith CRESSON acknowledges a definite dysfunction, but is satisfied with the four years she has spent in the European Commission.
