Interview with Commander Jacques-Yves COUSTEAU the day after the resumption of French nuclear tests in the South Pacific. He speaks of "moral pollution greater than the pollution of water that does not exist". And about President Jacques CHIRAC: "I have great esteem for him personally. I rejoiced at his election... But I am appalled by his first statement." And he regrets that J. CHIRAC did not consult him before making his decision.
