In France, the Société Protectrice des Animaux (SPA) generalizes the use of a plaque to identify the domestic dogs of stray dogs so that they do not know the sad fate that the Pound reserves for them. A man picks up another dog that carries the SPA plate and returns it to a child who owns it.
