BP sells its chemistry branch

After the French group Total, it is the British Petroleum Group (BP) that separates from its chemistry branch by selling it to the American company Innovène. The 1,000 employees who work at the Lavera site, near Martigues (Bouches du Rhône), are worried. On the contrary, management announces investments to modernize the company.
