Inauguration of the Belle de Mai media centre in Marseille

The media hub will be inaugurated tonight at the Belle de Mai wasteland. The former tobacco factory and its 30,000 square meters operated until 1990 are now dedicated to the production of television and cinema images. The shooting of a 26-minute daily series entitled "Plus belle la vie"produced by France 3 will begin on July 19, 2004 with 260 episodes made in one year from August 30, which viewers will discover at 20:20. Interviews with Monique VENTURINI, deputy mayor in charge of image and cinema. and Bernard FAROUX, artistic director of Plus belle la vie, who explains the concept of this new soap that will broadcast France 3.
