Heritage day: visit of the lighthouse of the Virgin Island
The 26th Heritage Days have made it possible to discover a monument rarely accessible by foot: the Lighthouse of the Virgin Island, in Plouguerneau. In fact, the great tides coincided with the Heritage Days, allowing us to walk to the lighthouse. Many visitors took advantage of this opportunity, which had to be earned: a 45-minute walk in the rocks and seaweeds, a long wait at the foot of the lighthouse and a 365-step staircase.
