Report in Paris on the next auction of part of the wine cellar of the famous restaurant "La Tour d'Argent". 18,000 bottles will be sold out of the 450,000 bottles owned by the establishment. Head sommelier David RIDGWAY introduces the winery and presents a bottle of cognac from 1788 that will be on sale.
