In several regions of France, notably Aquitaine, the merger of the regions from 22 to 13 in order to save money has, for the time being, been synonymous with financial inefficiency due to the fact that the latter is organized by couacs. Interviews with Alain ROUSSET, President of the Regional Council of Aquitaine, who believes that the regions will not be able to finance an alignment of the salaries of the employees of the communities, Dominique REYNIE, top of the list "The Republicans Midi Pyrénées/ Languedoc Roussillon, who denounce a lack of preparation in the fusion of the regions and of René DOSIERE, PS deputy, which believes that the monitoring of regional councils will not have an impact on the cost of expanding these communities.
