For the festival of music, Avignon dedicates an entire site to electronic music: the Clos des trams, a former EDF factory converted thanks to the exhibition "Beauty". Around the photo and video installations, a dozen DJs chain records. Jean-Michel JARRE inaugurates the place, which he shows to teenagers. He presents his installation entitled "Metamorphoses". Images and sounds of the exhibited works illustrate the subject.
Jack LANG, "big fan of electro music", came to see the rave party organized by the association Agora, in Ferques, as part of the Fête de la musique. Jack LANG declares that techno is a music "that brings peace, happiness"... He says he is happy that this festival, born in France, could grow "without losing its juvénility".
Great success last night in Strasbourg for the music festival. On the street this year, electro music was particularly in tune with the times. The atmosphere was electric during a concert mixing percussion and electronic music, commented by the musician Philippe MONROSE. A little further on, another techno concert also enthused a fan of this music, who did not hesitate to dance in the street, followed by other spectators.

The seaside resort of Port Barcarès vibrates until tonight to the rhythm of electro music. With their feet in the sand, clubbers from all over the world have gathered at the Electrobeach, the largest festival of its kind in France. At the controls, the DJ stars of the planet, like David Guetta or Martin Solveig... The latter expresses his pleasure to be present at this unique event in France and to receive friends from all over Europe to share their passion. Images of happy festival-goers.
