Temperatures are around 22 degrees whereas usually in this season 8 degrees are more appropriate. Commentary on factual images, accompanied by an interview with Mikaa MERED, author of "The Polar Worlds", about the phenomenon of vases communicating between the masses of hot and cold air and testimonies of a resident of Oslo who deplores a rainy weather in the south of the country.
