Face aux écarts systématiques du nombre de manifestants comptabilisés annoncé par la police et par les syndicats, un chef d'entreprise indépendant a choisi d'utiliser un logiciel informatique afin d'obtenir une estimation plus précise, estimant que : "un chiffre, c'est politique, une manifestation c'est l'expression d'une opinion et l'indicateur de l'ampleur de cette opinion, c'est le monde".
