In Carrières-sous-Poissy, in Yvelines, an association has just filed a complaint against the State for wrongful failure, accused of doing nothing to end and clear a wild dump, the largest in France, located close to homes and which has been growing steadily over the past three years. Commentary on factual images and archive images alternating with interviews with Anthony EFFROY, of the association Rives de Seine Nature Environnement, and Maître Alexandre FARO, lawyer of the association.
