Should 16-year-olds be given the right to vote? In the run-up to the European elections, Anne HIDALGO, the Mayor of Paris, revived the debate by organizing an election in 12 Parisian high schools just before the European elections, on an experimental basis. Interviews with Emmanuel GREGOIRE, first deputy mayor of Paris, Patrice HUERRE, child psychiatrist, and some micro sidewalks.
