A report dedicated to the French-style meal, which has just been classified as an intangible heritage of humanity for the freshness and quality of the products, but also for the creative spirit of the chefs and for the presentation of the dishes. The plans of dishes of French gastronomy, a terrace of the restaurant and pastries alternate with a microsidewalk of guests, including foreign tourists, as well as with the interview of Eric FRÉCHON, Michelin-starred chef from Bristol in Paris and from Périco LÉGASSE, gastronomic critic, editor-in-chief at "Marianne".
