Employment centre: a year and a half after its creation

This report proposes to take stock of the functioning of Pôle Emploi, eighteen months after its creation and at the time a study conducted by the government reveals that two-thirds of the unemployed are overall satisfied with this organization. A year after a first report made in an agency in the North of France, this investigation takes stock of what has changed or not in an agency in Longjumeau. The commentary on archival and factual images alternates with the testimony of users, the interview of Laurent WAUQUIEZ, Secretary of State for Employment, François-Xavier ACAR, Director of the Employment Pole of Longjumeau (Essonne).
