On the 70th anniversary of the Hiv Velvet Scoop, a remembrance ceremony was held in front of the former Drancy Internment Camp. On July 16 and 17, 1942, the French police arrested 13,000 Jews in Paris and Paris. Men, women and children were deported to the concentration camps.
