Manuel Valls in campaign on the theme of immigration
Manuel VALLS, candidate for socialist primary, came to the Pas-de-Calais to talk about one of his campaign themes, immigration. In Calais, he exchanged with Sudanese refugees at the premises of a migrant aid association. Then he met about thirty refugees living in a camp in Norrent Fontes. The candidate is campaigning for the establishment of a European resident card for refugees. "The debate on immigration will be present in the presidential campaign," he stresses.
