Report. Eva Joly was proclaimed today as an environmentalist candidate in the 2012 presidential election against former TF1 host Nicolas Hulot. The former investigating judge won the second round of the primary organised by Europe Ecologie-Les Verts (EELV) with 58.16% of the 22,896 voters, against 41.34% for her competitor.
