The SPA wants to ban certain animals at the circus
Following the complaints of the SPA concerning the living and care conditions of circus animals, the Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development, Nelly OLIN, plans to remove from circuses three species of animals: giraffes, hippopotamuses and rhinos. The SPA would like to see all animal species removed. Interviews with Nelly OLIN, Caroline LANTY, President of SPA, and Gilbert EDELSTEIN, Cirque Pinder, President of the National Circus Union, alternating with a commentary on illustration images.
