Bank secrecy lifted in some European tax havens

In preparation for the next G20 summit, several countries (Andorra, Liechtenstein...) have decided to abolish or relax their banking secrecy policy. Nicolas SARKOZY, and the German Chancellor, Angela MERKEL, denounced the countries that chose to keep banking secrecy. The refractory countries would be Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.
