Due to the drop in temperatures, the Samu Social and the associations are multiplying the maraudes in Paris in order to offer the homeless places in reception centers. To compensate for the inconvenience of shelters (promiscuity, violence, alcohol,...), the SNCF has arranged wagons to make of them individual emergency accommodation with more dignified comfort. The commentary on factual images alternates with interviews with Patrick, homeless, Grégory BRNAK, volunteer "Recueil social RATP", and Pierre, homeless.
