Total plant: extension of pollution in the Loire estuary

Report on the pollution caused by the Total plant located in the Loire estuary. More than fifteen days after the release of several tons of heavy fuel oil, oil cakes reached the island of Oléron and the island of Ré in Charente-Maritime.
