Airbus: facing record orders, hiring workers

Airbus is taking full advantage of the rise in power of the Gulf airlines. The company Emirates ordered 70 copies of the future A350 with an option on 50 additional. Another company of the Emirates ordered a hundred planes. Airbus has six years of work ahead of it when it launched a plan of 10,000 job cuts with the closure of several production sites. The management maintains its plan, with the reduction of the management staff, with the objective of making 15% productivity gains. Comment on factual images and interviews Maggy BERGSMA (Communication Airbus), Jean-François KNEPPER (FO union) and Patrice BERNARD (CGT union).
