Assessment of cyclone Dean in Martinique

Assessment of cyclone Dean in Martinique

Martinique has just been hit hard by cyclone Dean, considered one of the most violent on the island since David in 1979. The material balance is very heavy, especially for local agricultural production, totally destroyed by the storm. The commentary on images of the hurricane and RFO-stamped images of the damage alternates with interviews of affected inhabitants and EDF agents explaining their work and a statement by Christian ESTROSI, Secretary of State for Overseas.
