High cost of heating for poor families

Report on the difficulty of the poorest families, especially those living thanks to the RMI or the social minima, to face the increases in prices of fuel, gas and electricity. With the arrival of winter, they are forced to face these new expenses and many cannot afford them. As a result, some choose not to heat their homes for fear of not being able to pay their bills, which is not without its problems as a wave of cold weather looms.
