Report devoted to the problem of illegal immigration on the island of Mayotte, where Comorians come to acoucher to give their children the French nationality, under the law of the land, right questioned by the Minister of Overseas Territories François Baroin. In the slums of the capital, 80% of the inhabitants are illegals. Mahorean mothers are demanding the expulsion of foreigners because the schools are overloaded. A French citizen from Mayotte expresses her sorrow but believes that these illegals must understand and "stay at home": "there are too many in Mayotte". Zahara, a Comorian in an irregular situation, asks that his children be given at least French law. The interviews alternate with a commentary on illustration, archive and infographic images.
