According to a report of the anti-lanchiment mission published this morning and entitled "The City of London, Gibraltar and the Dependencies of the Crown: the off-shore sanctuaries of dirty money", the English capital and its business center "The City" would be the financial heart of terrorist organizations. The parliamentary mission also denounces the opaque offshore banking services offered in the British-controlled territories of Man, Jersey and Gibraltar. Interviews with Vincent PEILLON, Chairman of the Commission on Financial Crime, who complains about delays in obtaining mutual assistance and information between States, and testimony of a former police officer disillusioned by the lack of means to combat financial delinquency.
