Tokyo: Olympic Games of 1964

The 1964 Tokyo Games were the first in Asia. Symbol of peace after the horrors of World War II, Yoshinori Sakai was born in Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, the day the atomic bomb destroyed the city, is chosen to be the last bearer of the flame.
