A time criticized by the Ministry of Health, the National Council of the Order of Physicians, trade unions… SOS médecins has finally become a key player in emergency and community medicine. Created by Dr Marcel Lascar on June 20, 1966 at a time when the UAS does not yet exist, the concept is revolutionary and quickly arouses the support of patients. And to think that this idea was born after a banal water leak!
