Depuis un an, l'usine de masques Spérian, de Plaintel (Côtes-d’Armor), a vu son carnet de commandes chuter de 80%, l'obligeant à annoncer un plan de licenciement. En cause, le non-renouvellement du contrat passé avec l’État français. Au temps de la grippe H1N1, le site doit fournir à l'État, 200 millions de masques par an.
