Visit the cellars of the House of Champagne Ruinart in Reims, located 39 meters below the surface in craters formerly exploited to extract the chalk used as building material of the houses. When the exploitation stopped, with the appearance of cement, the Ruinart decided to keep their wine in this place whose humidity is above 90%.
