Reportage à Sotteville-lès-Rouen où la Compagnie Normande d'Autocars (CNA) forme ses conducteurs à une conduite plus souple pour économiser du carburant. Le maître-mot de la conduite pour les véhicules lourds est l'anticipation du redémarrage. Cette conduite plus souple ne change rien au délai de transport mais elle améliore le confort des passagers et limite les accidents. Les charges de carburants restent quand même élevées.
