In Rennes, the phenomenon of outdoor radiants on terraces is becoming more and more widespread. Two young Rennais had anticipated this request last year by creating Couleurs B, a radiant distribution company: "The heating system is little known in the west...heating the terrace seemed to be a crazy idea", yet today They must respond to a massive influx of orders. A coffee manager says: "It’s not just this cigarette thing...it’s an extra piece."
