The Plan district in Valencia is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The inhabitants testify to their attachment to this city, despite the closed shops, abandoned housing, unemployment and delinquency. The women of this multicultural neighborhood gather around sewing work, children take computer classes at the House for All. An old man said the place was heavenly when he arrived in 1978. The neglect of public authorities, stigma does not erase "the wealth of the neighborhood: people".
