700 dairymen from France and neighboring countries visited the company Isigny Saint Mère. The group, born from the gathering of 4 cooperatives, annually processes 300 million litres of milk produced by 1,500 farmers in its two factories. Rewarded with a Camembert d'or, Jean-Pierre Coffe affirmed his will to defend and promote quality producers.
