Interview with actor Louis Velle, with his companion actress Frédérique Hébrard. He evokes some of his roles, notably that of a French colonel in 1971 in the play L'Amour des quatre colonels, and especially that of a German captain whom he says he passionately loved to play in the television series entitled "Le 16 à Kerbriant" directed by Michel Wyn and broadcast on the ORTF in 1972.
