Meeting with an inventor of pedal vehicles

In Quimperlé, Pascal PROUTEAU launched his own company, "Trois roues et plus", 12 years ago to promote clean transport. He works on prototypes of scooters and Smirmork pedals. It adapts to the customer’s request. Example with the development of a hybrid vehicle, halfway between the bike and the car: a pedal car. This request was made to him by Olivier MANAUD, a parish priest who set out to build a non-polluting vehicle to make a kind of Tro Breiz with young people during the summer. In a few weeks, the pedal car should be able to hit the road. Interview with Pascal PROUTEAU on his sustainable vehicles and his interest in creation, the parish priest and one of the young people testify to the sensations felt in this hybrid vehicle.
