On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the release of the film "Excalibur", its director John BOORMAN came to visit the exhibition dedicated to the film at Comper Castle near Paimpont. Interview of the filmmaker in the forest of Brocéliande next to the golden tree of the forest: he evokes the spirituality of this forest of Brocéliande, he regrets the fire that affected the forest, symbol of the destruction of all the forests in the world-, the myth of the Grail symbolizing the myth of the Earth that lives again and for it, the defense of our sick planet symbolizes the modern quest for the Grail.
