A Metz, la préfecture a organisé une opération de sensibilisation aux 50 km/h en ville en convoquant des contrevenants à la nouvelle limitation de vitesse, afin de montrer, expérience à l'appui, les dangers de la trop grande vitesse en agglomération. Témoignage d'un contrevenant, puis discussion avec le préfet Mahdi Hacene, et réaction d'écoliers invités.
