In the Vosges, interview with a person in charge of the wood sector. He would like the French State to have a protectionist policy in order to favour French timber and protect the economy of the sector that is being undermined by competition and imports from Eastern European countries. Germany has taken decisions to protect its wood production which have reduced its imports.
