Secours Populaire organizes a day at the sea in Malo les Bains for 10,000 children without a vacation. Images of their arrival in Dunkirk station, greeted by a carnival troupe and their activities at the beach, alternating with the interview of Claude Prouvoyeur, senator mayor of Dunkirk, about this surge of generosity and the testimonies of a volunteer companion and a very happy child of this day of discovery.
