Le centre d'entraînement en altitude de Font-Romeu, dans les Pyrénées-Orientales, créé en 1968, à 1850 mètres, à l'occasion des Jeux de Mexico, concentre de multiples installations sportives afin de permettre aux champions de se préparer dans les meilleures conditions. Il fête ses 50 ans, et a accueilli des générations entières de sportifs de haut niveau, comme Martin Fourcade.
