Avec les images terribles de poussins mâles étouffés dans des sacs poubelles ou jetés vivants dans un broyeur, l'association de protection animale L214 avait dévoilé ce scandale, provenant de l'élevage industriel Saint-François de Saint-Hernin, dans le Finistère. L'affaire est maintenant en justice, au tribunal correctionnel de Brest, l'entreprise étant poursuivie pour cruauté envers les animaux...
