With the signing of "cultural pacts", the State wishes to support cities that are already making a significant effort for their cultural policy. In Villeurbanne, the culture budget represents 22 million euros, or 18% of the city’s budget. Commentary on images of the visit of the Ateliers Frappaz with Audray AZOULAY, Minister of Culture, Jean Paul Bret, Mayor and representatives of the world of culture of the city, alternating with interviews of Patrice PAPELARD, director of the FRAPPAZ workshops and Christian SCHIARETTI, director of the TNP.
