A restaurant owner in New York

Meeting in New York with Roger BONNET, French restaurateur, from Burgundy, expatriate in the United States for 18 years. He owns the Café de France. Interviewed, he explains the path that led him to New York: "...I went to Paris where I worked in several restaurants and in several hotels, then I joined the Compagnie Générale Transatlantique where I sailed for quite a long time and naturally I made the line Le Havre-New York and that’s how I knew New York".
