Martin Malvy, président du conseil régional de Midi-Pyrénées, conduit une délégation scientifique et économique en Egypte afin de finaliser un accord de coopération qui concerne entre autres le monde universitaire. Interviews de l'intéressé et du docteur El Dimir, président de l'université d'Alexandrie : "Nous voulons développer des programmes d'enseignement en langue française à l'université d'Alexandrie, nous avons commencé à la faculté de droit, et nous allons continuer à celle de médecine, puis ailleurs..."
